The processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Site Administration processes the User's personal data for the purpose of providing services to the User.

By filling out the form: "Enter name", "Enter phone", "Enter E-mail", the User gives consent to the processing of their personal data – name, phone number, and email address. The processing of personal data means collection, systematization, accumulation, and clarification (updating, modification).

The processing is carried out using automation tools and/or without the use of such tools, for the purpose of implementing measures to notify the user about changes on the site and to maintain feedback with the site's users.

The specified consent is indefinite from the moment the data is provided and can be withdrawn by you by submitting an application to the site administration specifying the data defined in Article 12 of the Law "On Personal Data".

The withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be carried out by the User by sending a corresponding instruction by clicking the appropriate button in an incoming email from the site at any time. The Agreement is considered indefinite (permanent).

The Site does not transfer data to third parties.

This Agreement and the relations between the user and the Site arising in connection with the application of the Agreement shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
